THINGS TO NOTE:

  • Online entries close at 12 midnight on the Thursday prior to each event unless sold out prior.
  • On-the-day entries will be available assuming the event hasn't sold out prior. On-the-day entries will incur a $10 administration fee (included in the on-the-day entry pricing above). On-the-day entries must be performed no later than 6:00am on event morning.
  • Entry transfers may be accepted up until 12 midnight AEST on the Wednesday prior to each event (conditions apply, see here).
    Transfers will only be accepted for:
    • An existing participant transferring to a later event in the 2017-18 Series only. To transfer your entry you need to email contact@thoseguysevents.com.au outlining which event you are withdrawing from and which event you wish to transfer to.
    • An existing participant transferring to a different distance at the same event in which you are currently registered. To transfer your entry you need to email contact@thoseguysevents.com.au outlining which event you are withdrawing from and which event you wish to transfer to. Note that if you wish to move from the short course to the long course you will be charged the additional entry amount, which will need to be paid on the day at the event.
    • A new participant replacing an existing participant in the same event only. To transfer an entry the NEW PARTICIPANT needs to email contact@thoseguysevents.com.au ensuring you CC the EXISTING PARTICIPANT on that email. You will then be provided with an entry code allowing you to enter online as normal; the entry code will cover the cost of your entry less a $10 administration fee. The original runner will be withdrawn from the event (no refund will be made to the original participant - you will need to work this out between you).
  • All events are capped at 500 runners except Pomona, which is capped at 300 runners. Entries will close as soon as participant limits are reached and no further entries will be accepted.
