These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of products from Kinevora Pty Ltd T/A Those Guys Events (“Those Guys Events”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By placing an order through our online store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by Those Guys Events.

  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or errors).

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation.

2. Product Information

  • While we make every effort to ensure product images, colours, and sizing information are accurate, slight variations may occur.

  • Sizes and availability are limited and not guaranteed. Our running singlets are limited edition and may not be restocked once sold out.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

  • Payment must be received in full at the time of order using the payment methods available at checkout.

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors. If an error affects your order, we will contact you and may cancel/refund the transaction.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within Australia only (no international orders accepted).

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location. All times provided are estimates only.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal/courier services or other factors beyond our control.

  • The shipping address provided at checkout will be used. Please ensure it is correct. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

  • If your singlet is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@thoseguysevents.com.au and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • For change-of-mind or sizing issues, we may offer an exchange if stock is available, provided the singlet is returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including logos, images, graphics, and designs, is the property of Those Guys Events unless otherwise stated.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without written permission.

7. Privacy

  • We collect personal information (such as name, address, email) only for the purpose of processing and delivering your order.

  • Your data will not be shared with third parties except as required to fulfil your order (e.g. shipping providers).

8. Liability

  • Those Guys Events is not liable for delays, damages, or losses arising from third-party carriers, incorrect addresses provided by you, or events outside our reasonable control.

  • To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the replacement of goods or a refund.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. By purchasing from us, you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
